BLYTHE MARKETFEST - QUICK REFERENCE GUIDE

Location & Hours of Operation

  • LOCATION TBD
  • Season one October- December 2025
  • Season two January-March 2026

Pricing

  • $20 Registration fee.
  • Non food Vendor- $75/ Month for each 10’x10’ space for October-December.
  • Food Vendor- $120/ Month for each 10x10 space.
  • $25 Late fee will be charged after the 5th of the Month.


Required Documents – Food/AG businesses have additional documentation requirements.

  • Seller’s Permit with 235 N. Broadway, Blythe CA 92225 listed as selling address
  • Business License from City of Blythe
  • Applicant ID: Driver’s License, State ID, Passport or Military ID
  • Insurance: $1M General Liability insurance with Blythe Chamber of Commerce, County of Riverside and City of Blythe named as additional insured

Setup and Booth Information

  •  New merchandise only and no used items.
  •  All merchants must have their booth set up and ready to sell by 9:00 am/5:00 PM each day and remain open until 1:00 pm/ 9:00PM.
  •  Signs required to be posted in booth: Seller’s Permit, Business License, Return Policy, Sales Tax Policy (Included or Added)
  • Receipts must be issued to all customers and business cards or contact info available for all customers.
  • Tablecloths are required on all tables.
  • All boxes must be tastefully covered if visible within booth space.
  • Signs may not hang over aisle and signs must be professional in appearance.
  • Flags and Banners have a maximum height of 12 ft
  • REQUIRED: Minimum 20lb weights on EACH tent pole at all times and not just on windy days.
  • Vendors may not attach signs or setup to any City or park property (Signs, fences, buildings, etc.)
  • There is no Electricity provided. Please inform market manager if your booth requires power. All generators must be pre-approved.
  • No Hawking – no selling informally without being a registered vendor in or around the event area.
  • Vendors must keep space clean and sweep space after each market day.
  • All booth and merchandise setup must be removed each day, and nothing may remain on site. 

Vehicles and Parking

  • All vendor vehicles must be removed from the aisles by 8:00am/4:00pm before event opens to public.
  • No vendor vehicles may leave or enter the parking lot vending area between 8AM/4PM and 1:PM/9PM.
  • A maximum speed of 5 mph for vehicles within the vendor area.
  • One vehicle for each vendor allowed in the vendor area at a time.
  • Parking outside of the vendor space must be in designated vendor parking or outside of vendor lot.
